Vale Sports Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy is comprised of New Jersey Licensed Physical Therapists who provide the best quality of care for orthopedic and post-operative patients to all of the NJ/NY metro area. Performance Training

At Vale Sports Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy, we create individualized programs tailored to each athlete based on age, fitness level, and goals.

Sports Injury Prevention

Our program includes strength, flexibility, and balance exercises, as well as techniques to help athletes avoid overuse, manage pain, and reduce re-injury risks.

Concussion

We use many multidisciplinary therapies during treatment, such as cognitive therapy, sensorimotor and neuromuscular therapy.

He built a program that helped me relieve my pain. He individualized the plan specifically to me. Went to two other Physical therapy places for the past 2 surgeries I had. This team is by far the most effective, they care more, they provide more energy, they motivate you, and how often can you say you’re happy to go into physical therapy place. They are also very good with finding different exercises with any problems you may have. Even the recovery process this time around I feel a lot better. Quickly I knew I had made the right decision as Frankie and Adrian went above and beyond to tailor a specific program to me personally. They couldn’t have been more dedicated, informed, and nicer individuals.
